Exercise is healthy for almost everyone. As a Type 2 diabetic myself, exercise helps me with my blood sugar control. It also makes the heart and circulation healthier for everyone diabetic or not.

Peversely exercise can even help a diabetic feel less tired in the medium term anyway. It can often reduce insulin resistance.

While it may be harder in the Winter to keep up regular exercise its well worth keeping some regular exercise routine, even if its just walking to the shops.

Get a pedometer to count the number of steps, it can motivate you.
